Company History
Master Repair Service was started in 1990 by Bobby and Sharon Payne with two old pick-up trucks and a home office. Rob Klug, Sharon’s son, joined the company in approximately 1992. Business was mostly handy-man jobs and it soon became apparent that in order to grow, Contracting Licenses would have to be obtained. General Contracting and Painting licenses were achieved and the business continued to thrive, mostly through word-of-mouth from satisfied customers. After 20 years, Bobby and Sharon decided to retire and Rob took the helm as President/CEO of Master Repair Service, Inc.
